Gluten Free
At Brewing Brothers we want to make our beers as accessible to everyone whilst keeping the taste profile and quality people have come to expect.
That's why all of our beers are vegan and unfined, with a few of them Gluten-free.
The brewing process begins with using grains such as barley and wheat (containing gluten), when the brew enters into the fermenting vessel we then add an enzyme which removes the gluten to under 20ppm (gluten free as per UK law).
For those who are sensitive to very small trace elements of gluten, our beer is gluten removed, however this is not yet an approved term which we can apply to our labels.
