DOLCITA, PINK
Dolcita (branded from experimental HBC 1019) is a modern, high-yielding aroma hop released in 2025 by the Hop Breeding Company. It is renowned for an intense, sweet, and tropical profile, often described as peach rings, caramelized pineapple, and creamy orange.
Pink (ID-158) is a new American experimental hop variety developed by Jackson Farms (creators of Idaho 7) in Idaho, known for a vibrant, fruity profile. It offers aromas of tropical fruit, citrus zest (grapefruit/lemon), strawberry, honey, and vanilla, making it ideal for hazy IPAs, pale ales, and dry-hopping.
