Our Roles:
BB Junior Team Member
No experience? No problem. Our BB Junior Team Member role is the perfect place to start your hospitality career. Working alongside our experienced pub team, you'll help keep the venue clean, welcoming and running smoothly while learning valuable customer service, teamwork and hospitality skills. It's a fantastic opportunity to build confidence, gain experience and develop the foundations for your future.
BB Bartender
Our bartenders are at the heart of creating a welcoming, vibrant pub while serving our crafted beers and drinks with pride. If you're friendly, confident and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'll help you build your product knowledge and hospitality skills. Whether you're already experienced or completely new to hospitality, you'll be supported every step of the way.
BB Pizza Chef
Love pizza? Our Pizza Chefs are the talent behind our locally famous wood-fired pizzas. You'll enjoy working with fresh, seasonal ingredients, thrive in a busy kitchen and take pride in creating simple, great pizzas. Whether you're already experienced or looking to develop your chef skills, we'll support you to learn, grow and gain experience in all aspects of kitchen operations.
Venue Management
Ready to take the next step in your hospitality career? Our managers lead from the front, inspire their teams and create outstanding experiences for every customer who walks through our doors. If you're ambitious, self-driven and one day dream of running your own venue, we'll help you develop your leadership, commercial and operational skills while giving you true, hands-on experience of what it takes to run a successful pub.
Brewers & Brewing Assistants
Passionate about great beer? Love the smell of fresh mash in the morning? Know that cleaning tanks is just as important as brewing exceptional beer? We should probably talk. This is a hands-on role for people who love brewing, enjoy solving problems, have a creative eye for detail and aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves when the day gets messy. Every brew is a team effort, and every pint reflects the pride we take in our craft.
Support Team
Love hospitality but looking for a new challenge? As Brewing Brothers continues to grow, opportunities occasionally become available within our sales, marketing, finance and administration teams. Don't worry you won't be too far from the action. Many of our support team started their careers behind the bar, and they still enjoy jumping in to help during busy periods. Hospitality is at the heart of everything we do, whatever your role.
